I am a big, fat, liar. I meant VERY much to start blogging more regularly (clears throat). 

Easier said then done. Sorry dudes. 

However, I am happy to report that the Factory is alive and well. I have been lucky to receive lots of  fabulous feedback on some of the latest pieces and have been getting a surge of orders for some pretty fabulous parties coming up;)

Off Topic-I am planning myself a little shindig! My birf-day is coming up this month and my DH and I are gonna throw our first clambake for a few of our close frineds! We live in the "Valley" so there will be "no SEA" but it will still be fab. Hope to keep you updated!

BTW- I am going Gidget Style.

It was a birthday party for Madison Bleu and I was lucky enough to be a very small part in this ode to all things 80's. Dude, they even had an arcade!Totally Tubular.

Theresa Who? {Knock-Knock Files}

Theresa... FLY in this Party!!!!!

For the few that may have been hiding under a rock lately, Kristy unveiled her Fly Guy Party last week and it is all the RAGE!

...and yes, I think I am pretty FLY to have a Knock-Knock included in the latest unique and uber original fest.

This last picture is one of my favorites. Can you believe she tie-dyed coffee filters?! Crazy Cool, right?!

Jesse's Girl {the knock-knock files}

Sweet Birthday party for Jessica. She turned 5 and wanted a Jessee party...of course!

 Her mom went all out for this party. They even had PONY rides!.

I was happy to add a little whimsy at the door step.

The knock-knock piece was wrapped in cow print.  

Fun accessories included a cow bell and the cow girls' very own boots. 

I also used yellow flowers, ribbons and yellow balloons as well.

 An actual invitation to the party was also incorporated.

and sweet families behind them.

opportunity knocks

The Knock-Knock Factory opens this Friday!

You have no idea how thrilled I am for this new venture. Friday is the first official day of the shop and I already have 3 orders via Etsy and 4 private orders. Wassup?!

I have been wanting to expand my work to something more "product" oriented. If you are wondering what the shop is about I invite you to swing by and take a look for yourself. 

I will focus on mostly custom work and  OOAK  "one of a kind", ready to ship (as time allows for me to create). That is the plan for now at least.

If you are asking  "why this?"- Well, I have always done welcome pieces for my parties and because of the great response I received for THIS  last year:

It seemed like the perfect "next step".

On a side note..... Little Shindigs (event planning) is going on a bit of a hiatus. Just for a short while.
I want to give The Knock-Knock Factory and CPN a little more Natalie time and I HAVE to start squeezing in some sleep too!

The blog will remain "little shindigs". Yes, the same great wit and quirky style with the sporadic blog entries that you have so sweetly become accustom to.

Gotta  keep it REAL folks. I love the this blog, the fab party industry and creative peeps I get to rub virtual elbows with and most of all YOU, for reading this random party blog. I do think  it's about to get more interesting though....hope you will stick around to see it. Ciao Players:)
